Return Policy

At Vedique Botanics, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

✅ Returns Accepted If:
  1. You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
  2. You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. The product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
  4. You have recorded a clear unboxing video from start to finish before opening the product.

Returns will not be accepted without unboxing video proof

❌ Returns Not Accepted If:
  1. The product is opened, used, or tampered.
  2. Return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
  3. No box-opening video is provided.

Please include your order ID and attach the unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and the product is received in original condition:

  1. Refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  2. It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
  3. For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be made via UPI or bank transfer.
IMPORTANT:

Refunds will only be issued if a proper unboxing video (before opening the seal) is provided and the issue is verified.

If your return is rejected (due to usage, no video, or damage caused after delivery), *no refund will be issued*.
